Refund Process

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • Duplicate transaction occurred
  • Service activation did not take place

Platform Maintenance Cost

  • Payments made towards platform access, platform maintenance, training, or support services relate to digital service enablement.
  • Service activation is considered complete once platform access and user credentials are provided.
  • Payments are generally non-refundable once services are activated and system access is granted, as resources are allocated immediately upon activation.

Processing Time

  • Approved refunds, if applicable, are processed within 15–21 working days through the original payment method where possible.
